Pune: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) President Sharad Pawar and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, who is leading the rebel faction of the party, met at the residence of a businessman in Pune on Saturday. After which once again the political fervor has increased in Maharashtra. The special thing about this meeting was that when Ajit Pawar left the official convoy and reached, Jayant Patil reached in the worker’s car. Instead of a five-star hotel, the meeting was canceled and a meeting was held at Sharad Pawar’s special bungalow. The meeting lasted for more than an hour at the bungalow in Pune’s Koregaon Park area.
NCP leader Amol Mitkari said, “It could be a family meeting between the two leaders.” The meeting was kept secret, but the media got wind of it. In visuals broadcast by a regional news channel, Sharad Pawar was seen arriving at the businessman’s residence in the Koregaon Park area around 1 pm. Sharad Pawar left around 5 pm. After about two hours, Sharad Pawar’s nephew Ajit Pawar was seen leaving the premises in a car trying to avoid cameras at 7.45 pm.

It is discussed that Ajit Pawar had once again gone to try to bring Sharad Pawar along with the BJP under the mediation of Jayant Patil.
